Small Habits to Become A Good People.
How’s your day going? Have you done something good today? Doing something good doesn’t mean we have to do a big thing. We can always begin by doing a little thing every day. What kind of little thing that we can do every day? Let me share some activity that we can do every day.
1. Waking Up Early
What time did you wake up this morning? If you said at 04.00 AM then you’ve done a good thing every day. If you said you woke up at 05.00 AM you’ve also done a tiny good thing. But if you said you woke up at 06.00 AM, then you must change that habit. Why do we human must wake up early every morning? Here I’m going to tell you some advantages of waking up early. By wake up early, we will have more time to prepare things that we need. If we don’t have an activity that can be done in the morning, we can take some meditation, read books, do exercise, and make a good breakfast. For Me, wake up early give me some time to do thing without distraction. Indonesian have a proverb that said when you wake up after chicken did, then your fortune will be taken by those chicken. What do you think about this proverb? It’s kind of true for me. As a human being, we must shame on chicken if they wake up early than us. When they already woke up before sunrise and start to search for its food, then why we are human still being lazy.
2. Do Exercise
It’s so important for us to stay healthy and energetic. One way to keep us stay fresh is exercise. The simplest exercise that we can do every day is jogging. We can jog near our house every day. The best time to do this jogging is in the morning. Here is some reason. When we jog in the morning, the air is still fresh and you can get some vitamin from the sun. Besides, you can hear the birds sing lovely to accompanied your jog. The hardest challenge of leaving our bed is the comfort. But trust me, once you choose to leave your bed and do the jog, your comfort of stay in bed will be paid by your blood flow faster in your veins. Trust me, that’s worth it.
3. Drink More Water and Never Skip Breakfast
Breakfast is the most essential meal for us since it’s our energy sources to begin the day. When we skip the breakfast, our body will lack energy then we won’t have the spirit to go through the day. Besides breakfast, we must drink more water to keep our body healthy. The human body is composed of 80 % water and when our body lack water, we will get sick such as kidney illness. Drink more water also helps our skin get bright and keep our eye stay healthy.
4. Reading
It’s important for us to improve our knowledge. One way to do this is reading regularly. Many great people spend their time reading books because it helps them to open their mind with the new information. If we are lazy enough to do this activity, we can begin by spend one hour every day to read our favorite topic. If we don’t have book to read, we can read with our phone, we can download pdf books from internet.
5.Writing daily.
Writing can help us to share knowledge with other people. Besides, it will help us to train our skill to become a good writer. For me as Indonesian, writing helps me to improve my english to prepare my self to go to other countries one day. We can begin by writing about our hobbies, our activity, our work, our favorite film and many more. Train your self to write at least 1000 words per day.
